1) Knowing you need more space/less space/just want a change - but NOT knowing what that looks like can be very intimidating for people.


2) The other big hesitation is: what if I sell and can’t find anything I love in time?Both are totally reasonable AND have solutions.  With the right questions answered, a solid plan, and a smart timeline, we can work through these two concerns.

With so many options out there, it’s hard to know who to trust. Sellers worry about missing out on money, or not getting the support they need.There are over 70K agents in the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board.
