September Market Snapshot

Similar to the great weather we experienced in September, our real estate market was just as hot. We saw significant increases across all three major home/condo buying sections. Low interest rates and lack of supply continue to drive demand.

Next month could tell a different story with the thanksgiving weekend and the implementation of the new mortgage rules (which I don’t actually believe will have significant effect on the majority of the market.)
